Aloha, from Maui Hawaii, voted by CONDE NAST magazine, "best island destination in the world", fifteen times in a row. If you are thinking about buying or selling real estate, use my expertise. Last month in Maui, 70 single family homes were sold for a total of $40,838,789; condominiums were 122 for a total of $107,277,684 and land 12 were sold for a total of $8,156,900. Is this a "sanguine market"? Yes. it is.
